"I had a great experience setting up both my car insurance and homeowners insurance. I was needing to get coverage immediately & expected to have to wait, at minimum several hours if not a day or 2 based on my circumstances and what I’d been told by a couple other companies I talked to before calling State Farm. I was incredibly relieved and grateful to find that wasn’t the case here. I got a call back within a few minutes of my request and Ashley was able to get me all set up with both homeowners and car insurance 20-30 minutes. In the end I ended up with more coverage for the same amount I was paying before. I asked a lot of questions, most of which probably sounded silly, but she was patient and very informative; Making sure i understood exactly what I was getting and what I really didn’t need to include in my policy. Overall, very happy!"

"Absolutely the worse agent and office in McHenry. My Audi ins doesnt expire till JULY but because State Farm want to realign all the policy to the same renewal period i get to pay a six month premium for five months of service. IE instead of my renewal being up in December it nowends in November 5 months of time. Plus they want to recharge me for may and June on my ram pickup. They wanted me to pay all extra cost upfront and when they figure out the correct price in 60 to 90 days State Farm will then refund any extra payment. Agent wont call billing to get correct billing amount. Younas a client can’t call billing. Theres four other agents in McHenry pick any other one."
